I don’t have to look any further than my own group chats Or just listen to my colleagues talking while we are sipping a cuppa in the break time to find stereotypical complaints about Gen Z in the workforce. “Spoiled and lazy.” “No work ethic.” “Unreliable.”
You can practically Pull your hair ….
In fact, you hardly see any study that proves the validity of these complaints.
We’re just a few years away from Gen Z filling up nearly a half of all the world jobs .
Based on personal work experience with Gen Zee and my relationship with managers and businessmen who have a forward-looking vision, and analysis of data and user behavior on the digital world, I am writing this blog to bridge the gap with this generation and the possibility of joint work, without complaints from both sides .

Lesson 1:
Gen Z is upending the traditional marketing playbook
By explaining everything accurately and transparently, and by supporting the content with every single detail and data on the website or social media with sources.
(Customer feedback & reviews is the best in this regard.)

Lesson 2:
Give Seven Times before you Takes One
A real-life example:
as a person born in the 80s, if someone meets me on the street and they ask me favour I’ll try my best without thinking about who this person is and why he asked, and what is behind this request?!
